About Our Company
We are the largest grain storage and handling network on the east coast of Australia, operating over 150 regional receival sites and seven bulk port terminals. We store and market wheat, barley, canola, sorghum, and specialty commodities, connecting over 10,000 growers with more than 1,000 end-market customers across various industries.About The Role
Our Grower Experience Representative plays a vital role as the first point of contact for our growers, managing all grower enquiries and requests while providing the highest level of service and support. This role is based in our Tamworth office and involves working across our systems to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Assist growers in using our platforms, including CropConnect
• Develop and maintain relationships with growers, promoting GrainCorp, our products/service offerings, and processing their requirements in a timely and accurate manner
• Support growers across the region with supply chain or operations issues/questions, and provide assistance to the Operations team in this key area of grower engagement
• Provide relevant, concise, and timely information to stakeholders as required
• Assist with planning and promoting GrainCorp grower meetings and industry events
About Your Experience
We seek a candidate with experience gained in frontline customer service, administration, or technology services within a commercial setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Computing skills (MS Office) and aptitude for technology/systems (Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are an advantage)
• Strong numeric ability, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is around AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
