Job Overview

This role encompasses the strategic oversight of clinical trials to ensure seamless execution. The primary focus will be on oncology/haematology studies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all site management aspects from pre-trial assessments to database locks and close-out activities.
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the smooth operation of our projects at assigned trial sites.
  • Establishing strong working relationships with colleagues and clients to achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or Life Sciences.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical trial monitoring, preferably in early phase haematology and oncology studies.
  • Demonstrated success as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), local laws and regulations, and assigned protocols.
  • Proficiency in using IT software applications and company systems.
