Clinical Research Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Lead to oversee global clinical research studies in our Melbourne, Australia office.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project teams for multiservice global clinical trials.
- Interact with sponsors and manage timeline and project deliverables.
- Coordinate all services contracted for the study.
- Lead cross-functional teams of clinical monitoring, study start-up, regulatory, contract, safety, medical monitoring, etc.
- Collaborate with business development team to win new business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (Master's degree or PhD preferred).
- At least two years of clinical trial management experience in the Asia Pacific region ideally in a CRO environment.
- Experience in Oncology studies required.
- Excellent communication skills including good written and spoken English.
- Flexible, accountable, and comfortable working in a global environment.
