Case Manager - Family Law Specialist

Job Overview:

As a specialist case manager, you will provide critical support to clients navigating complex family law proceedings and related social issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored support plans.
  • Establish strong relationships with in-house legal teams to foster collaboration and enhance client outcomes.
  • Provide referral assistance, risk assessment, safety planning, and court accompaniment for vulnerable clients.
  • Design and implement culturally sensitive approaches to address the socio-legal complexities of family law matters.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in social work or a related field.
  • Diploma level 5 or higher (minimum 2 years study).
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal record check and working with children check.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, Australian permanent residency (for ongoing vacancies).
  • Residency in NSW or willingness to relocate.
