
Financial Services Investigator

Job Overview:
We are seeking an expert to manage investigations and payment resolution in a timely manner, ensuring minimal operational risks to the Bank and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- To promptly answer calls regarding inward and outward investigations, log cases correctly, and provide assistance to colleagues when feasible.
- As part of a team, ensure that investigations (and subsequent re-issuing of payments) for Inward and Outward International Money Transfers and RTGS and Vostro queries are resolved efficiently, minimizing any operational risks to the Bank and customers.
- To receive feedback via coaching, create operation excellence, and ensure we deliver customer satisfaction every day by staying ahead of competitors.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call centre environment.
- Experience with Investigations and payments.
- A proven track record of accepting business changes.
- Established focus on productivity and risk management.
- Ability to work resiliently and be a motivated team player.
- Open to Coaching and Performance Management.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service, stakeholder management, and negotiating skills.
- Relevant operations experience.
- Productivity training and certification (desired).
- SWIFT knowledge (desired).
- Payment Management System (PMS) knowledge.
- Intellitracs knowledge.
- Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) knowledge.
