Job Overview:

We are seeking an expert to manage investigations and payment resolution in a timely manner, ensuring minimal operational risks to the Bank and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To promptly answer calls regarding inward and outward investigations, log cases correctly, and provide assistance to colleagues when feasible.
  • As part of a team, ensure that investigations (and subsequent re-issuing of payments) for Inward and Outward International Money Transfers and RTGS and Vostro queries are resolved efficiently, minimizing any operational risks to the Bank and customers.
  • To receive feedback via coaching, create operation excellence, and ensure we deliver customer satisfaction every day by staying ahead of competitors.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a call centre environment.
  • Experience with Investigations and payments.
  • A proven track record of accepting business changes.
  • Established focus on productivity and risk management.
  • Ability to work resiliently and be a motivated team player.
  • Open to Coaching and Performance Management.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer service, stakeholder management, and negotiating skills.
  • Relevant operations experience.
  • Productivity training and certification (desired).
  • SWIFT knowledge (desired).
  • Payment Management System (PMS) knowledge.
  • Intellitracs knowledge.
  • Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) knowledge.
