Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers in the Riverina region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

About the Role

  • Key Responsibilities: Utilize advanced tools and technology to manage days efficiently, supported by a national coordination team and dedicated supervisors.
  • Travel Requirements: Spend 90% of your time on the road traveling across the Riverina region.

Requirements:

  • Certification: Hold a Mechanical Trade Certificate (all Mechanical Trades considered).
  • Experience: Possess experience within fixed or mobile plant equipment, agricultural machinery, automotive, or similar areas.
  • Licence: Hold a current Driver Licence.
  • Safety Commitment: Demonstrate commitment to safe work practices.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills.
  • Pre-Employment Assessments: Be willing to undergo pre-employment medical assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and referee checks.
