**Warehouse Operations Specialist Role Summary:**

Multispares seeks a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage the efficient storage, retrieval, and delivery of products.

This permanent role focuses on providing exceptional customer service by ensuring timely product deliveries and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products to customers and collect stock returns from suppliers and customers.
  • Assist with checking and processing of stock received into the warehouse.
  • Pick and pack stock for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and recording.
  • Observe and adhere to safe work practices during transport, delivery, and product handling.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Unrestricted Drivers License.
  • Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
  • Good physical fitness, safety record, and working knowledge of WHS systems.
  • Organisational skills and effective time management.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with computerised warehouse systems.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, reliable, and customer-focused.
