Role Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform customer sales and service transactions with customers
  • Manage high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS)
  • Conduct and process identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
  • Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activities
  • Assist customers with mail lodgements and associate costs
  • Build rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs
  • Assist with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in customer service and/or cash handling. You will also need to be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
