This is a high-profile opportunity to lead the delivery of a prestigious residential project in Brisbane.

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of the project. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage all stakeholders, and ensure the project meets its objectives regarding scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety.

About The Role

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing complex projects, ideally with a value of $50M+. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of the full development lifecycle, from design management through to construction and handover.

  • End-to-end project management of a multi-story residential project in Brisbane.
  • Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Leading and coordinating internal teams and external consultants and contractors.
  • Driving procurement strategies and managing project contracts.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards and safety protocols on site.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and challenges.
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, authorities, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Reporting regularly on project progress to senior management.
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on significant multi-story residential projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Robust financial acumen and experience in cost control and contract administration.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
