Occupational Therapist Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and services in our Home Health division.

About the Role
  1. Assess and evaluate patient needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
  2. Determine treatment plans, perform interventions, and evaluate progress towards improving patients' well-being.
  3. Work closely with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  4. Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on treatment plans and progress.
  5. Travel throughout the service area to provide services as needed.
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
