Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Opening

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at home. As an OT, you will work closely with patients in their homes to help them achieve independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
  • Determine a treatment plan based on the assessment and evaluation, and perform interventions aimed at improving the patient's well-being.
  • Evaluate the patient's progress and make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.

Requirements:

  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state or territory where the job is located.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in home health or a similar setting.
  • Knowledge of the principles of occupational therapy and its application in various settings.
