We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Group Financial Planning and Analysis team at Metcash. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing financial models and data integrations in IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics) and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain TM1 models/cubes for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate TM1 with other systems and ensure seamless data flow.
- Understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide solutions that drive business reporting and performance.
- Integrate TM1 with other systems, managing data flows effectively and developing Power BI dashboards to automate reporting and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they effectively utilize TM1 tools.
- Continuously monitor and improve TM1 performance, implementing best practices for model optimization and system enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, including TM1 developer, are required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with IBM TM1 (Planning Analytics), including experience in model development, data integration, and report creation.
- Proficiency in TM1/Planning Analytics, including TM1 rules, TI processes, and dimension management.
- Advanced Power BI skills are advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Sound financial accounting knowledge with advanced financial modelling skills is advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship skills.
