We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team.
This role will involve supporting individuals who have sustained physical injury by assessing their needs and providing effective solutions to safely return them to existing or new employment.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
In this role, you will be responsible for completing functional capacity evaluations, conducting assessments, developing rehabilitation plans, and conducting worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals.
You will also have flexibility and autonomy to manage your own diary, set your own hours, and work location.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ESSA
- Experience in applying clinical reasoning and strategic thinking to support positive client outcomes
- Clinical experience in developing rehabilitation plans
- Clinical experience in conducting assessments
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
