Job Overview

This role is designed to support the ecosystem business, serving primary customers in the Sales VP and Market Unit CPO.

The solution emphasis is on S4 Finance and Suite entitlements from the F&S portfolio, with all S4 Finance sales motions. Standalone F&S motions remain integral.

Responsibilities include designing and developing ecosystem strategies for partner-facing roles in SAP to support scale.

Ecosystem Engagement

Provides expert services to partners at different phases of the partner and customer engagement lifecycle.

Affects as a subject matter expert, contributing to maximizing customer lifetime value through our ecosystem.

Core Tasks
  1. Identifying and establishing new partnerships with a roadmap to revenue.
  2. Discovering opportunities for co-innovation, co-development, and go-to-market collaboration between partners and SAP.
  3. Translating SAP's innovation into clear customer value.
  4. Supporting partner intellectual property creation using SAP cloud solutions and platform.
  5. Ensuring partner readiness across the customer lifecycle:
    1. Acting as a trusted advisor and coach on presales activities.
    2. Driving partner transformation through structured engagements.
    3. Acting as a trusted advisor and coach on post-sales activities.
  6. Safeguarding successful customer outcomes and fast go-lives.
  7. Developing and delivering enablement that accelerates partner sales and delivery performance.
