We have an exciting role available for a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join our administration team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administration processes.

About This Role:

This position involves used car end to end processing in an accurate and timely manner. You will be responsible for processing 350 used cars per month, handling used vehicle transfers, bailing of used cars, and collaborating with other departments to resolve any discrepancies. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and documentation is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements:

Previous experience in used car processing in dealerships (accounting software - Units) is advantageous, but not essential.
