Long Term Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Long Term Maintenance Planner. As a key member of our maintenance planning team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and longevity of our assets.

As a Long Term Maintenance Planner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing fully scoped and resourced work orders that are execution-ready well in advance
  • Building forward works programs for fixed plant assets
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts, reliability, and engineering teams to refine scopes and optimize work orders
  • Confirming rotable and parts availability to safeguard planning integrity
  • Coordinating and tracking projects using PES and DCRM systems
  • Supporting monthly PM05 forecasting and adjusting for work churn and operational priorities
  • Linking OPEX tasks to CAPEX projects for full lifecycle visibility
  • Analyzing shutdown performance outcomes to improve master data and planning strategies
  • Driving master data updates to continuously enhance scheduling accuracy
