About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk Oceania. As a strategic finance business partner, you will play a key role in driving the budget process and monitoring financial performance across the region.

As a true finance business partner, you will be responsible for creating value by leading the FP&A function and team members to become an integral part of the commercial business. You will also act as a key driver of the financial planning processes, including coordinating, preparing, consolidating, validating, challenging, and analysing input, participation in budget meetings with management and region.

Ongoing monitoring and analysis of total Oceania financial business performance, as well as proactively proposing, initiating, and following up on appropriate corrective actions to ensure targets are met. In charge of all internal monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including MMR, performance updates, and monthly budget follow-up with Line of Business.

Key qualifications include a master's degree or equivalent level in business, finance, or economics, and minimum 7-8 years of experience within financial planning roles, including ownership of planning processes and senior stakeholder management. A strong background in ERP tools, understanding of accounting principles, and extensive experience with analytical tasks are also required.

A strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with fluency in English at a business level are essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROI and resource allocation across the business, as well as participating in cross-functional projects within F&O (local and region APAC) and as finance partner supporting cross-functional commercial and/or special projects beyond F&O.
