As a Home Care Allied Health professional, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. Your expertise will help us to improve the lives of older adults, empowering them to live independently and with dignity.
ResponsibilitiesAs an Allied Health Professional with Helping Hand, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their homes.
- Conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
- Providing education and support to clients and their families.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in one of the following disciplines: Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Social Worker, or Speech Pathologist.
- Demonstrated experience in a relevant field.
- Eligibility or membership with the appropriate professional association.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Good computer skills.
