Marketing Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and business-savvy Marketing Executive to join our Melbourne Cluster Marketing Team. This role offers diversity, variety, and the chance to grow your marketing skills in a dynamic and supportive team.

Under the leadership of the Director of Brand, Marketing and Digital, the ideal candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our hotels, restaurants, and bars to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through our innovative campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Develop and implement website content, third-party websites, and manage digital assets.
    • Manage social media platforms, including developing and implementing organic content plans that achieve business objectives.
    • Implement paid digital advertising on various channels, including social media advertising.
    • Analyze and report on digital data.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Work with the Marketing Manager to execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Content Development:
    • Collaborate with graphic designers and content producers to create compelling content for marketing materials, advertisements, and in-hotel collateral.
    • Craft persuasive copy for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and communication objectives.
    • Support the development and execution of photoshoots and asset management.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the Marketing Cluster Team, hotel departments, and external partners to align marketing efforts.
  • Analysis and Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing digital assets and files.
    • Analyze data to optimize marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
