Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the healthcare sector.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To identify and secure new business opportunities in patient transport services and training programs.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Work closely with senior management to refine strategies supporting business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Extensive experience in healthcare or allied health sectors.
  • SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT TRACK RECORD.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Negotiation and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Technology proficiency, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to represent professionally to clients and key industry stakeholders.
  • Organised with attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • CLEAR, TIMELY, AND PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
