Transformative Solutions for Machine Learning

A senior resident solutions architect will work closely with clients on medium-term engagements to address their machine learning challenges using a leading data science platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement impactful data science use cases, including solution architecture, frameworks, MVPs, and production-grade applications.
  • Guide strategic customers in transforming their data science projects, from end-to-end design, build, and deployment of industry-leading AI applications.
  • Consult on ML architecture and design, bootstrap or implement strategic customer projects to drive successful adoption of the platform.
  • Provide escalated support for customer operational issues and collaborate with the technical team, project manager, and customer team to deliver technical components that meet customer needs.
  • Work with engineering and support teams to provide product feedback and guide rapid resolution of engagement-specific product and support issues.
Requirements
  • Experience as a customer-facing post-sales technical architect or consultant, preferably in ML engineer roles, building production-grade cloud infrastructure, or data scientist roles with expertise in latest techniques in machine learning processing.
  • Comfortable writing code in Python or Scala and experience with technical project delivery, managing scope and timelines.
  • Strong documentation and white-boarding skills, with experience working with clients and managing conflicts.
  • Nice to have: Certification in data science.
