Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Solutions Architect to join our team.

This role involves working with clients on short to medium term customer engagements on their machine learning and artificial intelligence challenges using the Databricks Data Intelligent platform.

  • You will work on impactful data science and machine learning use cases which may include building solution architecture, MLOPs frameworks, MVPs and production grade applications.
  • Guide strategic customers as they implement transformational data science and Generative AI projects, including end-to-end design, build and deployment of industry-leading and AI applications.
  • Consult on ML architecture and design; bootstrap or implement strategic customer projects which leads to a customers' successful understanding, evaluation and adoption of Databricks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms, including vector databases, fine-tuning LLMs, and deploying LLMs with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Scala.
  • Excellent documentation and white-boarding skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients and manage conflicts.
