Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Witchery in Southland VIC. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, profit, and productivity, while creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our customers.
  • Assist in achieving sales, profit, and productivity targets, by ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators.
  • Support the Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of the team.
  • Operational excellence, with a focus on stock control, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, including colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
