Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development, publication, implementation and compliance of all program/project deliverables at an enterprise level. This includes leading the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of large complex IM/ICT changes.

Additionally, you will manage a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions and provide advice and guidance to technical staff regarding issues experienced in the production environment.

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate key capabilities, knowledge and experience related to the responsibilities described above.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading the design, publication, implementation, compliance and delivery of technical solutions to industry best practice frameworks for large scale, complex IM/ICT infrastructure delivery program/project(s).
  • Demonstrated experience developing and testing HL7 messaging and Java-based message-oriented middleware solution.
  • Prioritising, scheduling and managing the delivery of new capability between project, development, operational and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and document stakeholder objectives and the underlying issues arising from investigations into the business requirement and problems.
