      • Design and oversee year-level community programs and tutor group communities, incorporating Auburn Learner Qualities, Year Level statements and student leadership opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in educational leadership and school improvement.
  • Strong understanding of student wellbeing frameworks and evidence-based strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage and work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
