Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch food service to our valued guests. Your enthusiasm and flexibility will make all the difference in making every interaction a memorable one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately take orders and make quick changes
  • Provide food service with a positive attitude
  • Package all menu items and check for product quality and consistency
  • Prepare drinks and ice cream treats
  • Prepare food orders, cook on the grill, operate the fry station as needed
  • Clean the drive-in restaurants, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops and sanitizing food areas
Requirements:
  • A contagious positive attitude
  • Ability to remain calm, even in tough situations
  • A resilient spirit - knowing everyone makes mistakes and can bounce back from setbacks
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Ability to multi-task, switching from one task to another with ease
  • Team mentality and willingness to help where needed
  • Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to be flexible in all situations based on restaurant business needs
  • Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
  • Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at Sonic Drive-In restaurants
  • General knowledge and understanding of the food service/restaurant industry or retail operations preferred, but not required
