Job Title: Infrastructure Administrator

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. This includes ensuring seamless integration between IT/ERP systems, manufacturing, and logistics operations, as well as managing and resolving IT issues to support critical business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Management: Set up and maintain servers, networks, and IT components to ensure high availability and performance.
  • System Monitoring: Regularly check and improve system performance and security to prevent downtime and data breaches.
  • Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and fix hardware, software, and network issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • User Support: Provide technical assistance and training to users and the IT team to ensure they have the necessary skills to use IT systems effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT/ERP and Operations teams to ensure smooth system integration and uptime.
  • Issue Resolution: Efficiently address IT problems, particularly those impacting ERP and Manufacturing, to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Security Management: Oversee infrastructure security and system protocols to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of IT systems and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors for purchasing, maintenance, and support to ensure optimal IT performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Central IT Coordination: Communicate proactively with Central IT to manage infrastructure and security changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing computer and network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, firewalls, operating systems, virtualization, and cloud technologies. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make informed decisions while implementing security measures. Additionally, they will have strong technical expertise, a keen attention to detail, and knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance in cybersecurity.
