Senior Infrastructure Manager

This is a key leadership position responsible for the delivery of high-quality infrastructure and asset management outcomes for the community. The successful candidate will lead the Engineering Services team in delivering infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Engineering Services team to deliver infrastructure projects with high-quality standards.
  • Act as the asset owner for multiple asset classes ensuring compliance with relevant policies, strategies, and plans.
  • Manage Asset Management Systems and Maintenance Management Systems implementation.
  • Oversee complex civil infrastructure designs and provide authoritative technical advice.
  • Deliver effective project management including procurement, contract administration, and budget control.
  • Engage in consultation and liaison with residents, government agencies, contractors, and elected officials.
Requirements
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status with Engineers Australia (mandatory).
  • Demonstrated experience in civil design, asset management, and delivery of civil works programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing professional engineering teams.
  • Extensive project management experience with proven budgetary and contractual oversight.
  • High-level communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
