At the forefront of technical support and customer service, this pivotal role leads cross-functional initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, advocacy, and business retention across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with Sales, Customer Support, and Service teams to orchestrate strategic customer accounts, technical support operations, and change management for key customer accounts.
  • Driving customer advocacy, ensuring ISO compliance, developing and coaching high-performing teams, coordinating training programs and installations.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategic objectives aligned with business requirements and customer expectations.

This leadership position is instrumental in reinforcing the service-sales interface through effective team performance management and driving commercial success through demonstrations, evaluations, and stakeholder engagement.

A collaborative environment fosters strategic planning and execution of initiatives for the Applications Support and Technical Command Centre teams, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
