About us

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in market access, policy, and advocacy to join our team. As a key member of the Australia and New Zealand market access team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a positive access and policy environment for our technology.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing strategic market access strategies aligned with long-term company goals
  • Leading HTA/guideline submissions, value-based funding programs, and payer engagement initiatives
  • Collaborating with Regional Access teams to establish evidence needs, including health economic and real-world evidence data, and construct strategies for optimising reimbursement and product positioning
Key Requirements
  • Educational background and experience in relevant fields, such as Health Technology Assessment (HTA), Health Policy, Value-Based Access programs, Health Economics, and Tendering
  • Knowledge of market access for pharmaceutical or medical devices, with a strong preference for experience in the diabetes field
  • Ability to create and execute strategic market access plans that drive business growth and expansion
  • A proven track record of working in the Australian and New Zealand market access landscape
