About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Mechanical Fitter with a strong background in shutdown or construction experience in refining, fixed plant, or mining. Your expertise in welding and high-risk tickets will be highly valued. Additionally, you will need to possess a safe, positive, and proactive attitude towards working in challenging and remote environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical fitting tasks during outages, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
- Collaborate with the outage team to achieve project goals and objectives
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
Requirements
- Recognised Australian Trade Certificate III or equivalent
- Welding and high-risk tickets preferable but not essential
- Shutdown or construction experience in refining, fixed plant, or mining
- Current Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications
