Financial Capability Specialist

Empower individuals to take control of their financial futures as a Financial Capability Specialist. Deliver comprehensive financial literacy education, coaching and budgeting support to clients in need.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver tailored financial education programs to meet diverse client needs.
- Collaborate with financial counsellors and health professionals to provide holistic support to clients.
- Promote the program and build referral pathways with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records in our client management system to track progress and outcomes.
- Certificate III in Community Services Work or higher is required, along with completion of specific financial literacy education units.
- A current driver's license is necessary for travel between locations.
- Experience in financial literacy, facilitation or group work is highly valued.
