As a Career Navigator, you will work closely with individuals to identify their career goals, develop tailored plans, and connect them with job opportunities that match their skills and interests.

About the Role:

• You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to create a supportive network for successful employment outcomes.
• You will work collaboratively with participants to explore their career aspirations, identify barriers, and develop strategies to overcome them.
• You will have the opportunity to learn from and share your expertise with colleagues to enhance our understanding of inclusive employment practices.
• You will contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support to clients to help them achieve their career goals, including career assessments, skill development, and job placement.
• Collaborate with employers to promote inclusive hiring practices, provide training and resources, and build strong relationships to increase job opportunities for clients.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services that enhance the employability of clients, including workshops, training sessions, and community events.
• Work with internal teams to ensure seamless communication, referrals, and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress, program outcomes, and service effectiveness.
