Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to our residents in Regional NSW locations.
- Job Summary: We need skilled and compassionate professionals to assist residents to live an active and meaningful life as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities and promote their independence.
- Work collaboratively with the care team, family members, doctors, and management staff.
- Excellent reporting skills to complete necessary reports and progress notes.
- Provide comprehensive clinical care and support to residents.
- Be a passionate advocate for professional, holistic care.
Requirements:
- Completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Previous experience working in a residential aged care facility in a similar role.
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Check (NDISWSC).
- Driving licence and own car preferred.
