About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant Manager to join our team at Collective Wellness Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all payments are up to date and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve arrears and overdue payments in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support to the operations and regional manager, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Meet and exceed targets and KPIs, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Proven experience in arrears/overdue payment collection and office administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and staff
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
