Occupational Therapist

BaptistCare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team in the Murrumbidgee area. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients under Aged Care funding. Your goal will be to promote independence and restore functional independence, enabling clients to remain living at home.
About You:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency
- Postgraduate experience working with a variety of aged care services, including community settings
- Demonstrated ability to assess occupational therapy needs and develop individualized programs for aged care clients living in the community
- Knowledge of wellness, re-ablement, and restorative care approaches
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy and willingness to utilize required software
- Understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promotion of the organization's values
