Home Lending Expert

We're seeking an experienced Home Lending Expert to join our team.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their dream of owning their own home. You'll build great relationships with customers, using your solid understanding of mortgage products and services and the local market. Service will become second nature to you, as you meet with customers to find out what their financial needs are today – and what goals they have for tomorrow.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their requirements and match them up with the financial products that will bring them closer to making those goals a reality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in lending is essential for success in this role.
  • You'll need to be a people person, someone who thrives on building great relationships from the very first conversation – and maintaining that quality.
  • Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending.
  • Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported.
  • Consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
  • Strong business development skills and the ability to network effectively within the community.
