This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our rapidly growing organization. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and individual learners, formulating sales plans, and conducting market research to identify industry trends and analyze competitor offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify potential clients and individual learners, formulate sales plans, and conduct market research to identify industry trends and analyze competitor offerings.
  • Agent Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with migration and education agents globally, provide agents with comprehensive information on programs, admission, and work closely with the admissions team to process applications.
  • Student Advisory: Proactively reach out to potential students via various channels, provide detailed information on programs, requirements, and financial aid options.
  • Administration: Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, generate reports, respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updates.

About You:

We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. You will ideally have:

Education industry background preferred but not essential.About 2 years of sales/administration experience.Vietnamese speaker or Mandarin Speaker is preferred as we are covering South-East Asia and Greater China Market.Positive attitude and ability to prioritize and work with constant changes.Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity to our diverse learner's community.Strong cross-functional thinker; Excellent time management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Desire/commitment to work onsite, full-time in the office.Please note that a valid Working with Children Check is a requirement for this role. If you are successfully hired for this role, you must obtain a check and you will be reimbursed. If you have a VIT Provisional Registration or Teacher Registration, you would not require a separate WWCC.
