National Sea Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sea Logistics Manager to lead our International Supply Chain team and optimize supply chain operations for our customers.
The successful candidate will execute the business strategy by minimizing operational risk, optimizing service delivery and profit, while building, empowering and inspiring a high-performing team of International Supply Chain professionals.

The role involves creating the national International Supply Chain business plan, implementing key initiatives to structurally improve service quality, data integrity, customer retention, operational production unit cost, growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in international supply chain management, logistics or business development, with proven success in leading cross-border supply chain projects and customer implementations.
They will be skilled in order management, sea freight coordination and cost optimization, with experience in RFQ participation, value engineering and total pricing models.
The successful candidate will also have strong stakeholder engagement across global, regional and country-level functions, proficient in data analysis, financial performance monitoring and market intelligence.
Additionally, they will have a solid understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs, as well as familiarity with supply chain software, CRM systems and data visualization tools.
Our ideal candidate is comfortable working with digital platforms to enhance service delivery and has a strong grasp of international trade regulations, customs compliance and logistics governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 5 years in international supply chain management, logistics or business development
- Proven success in leading cross-border supply chain projects and customer implementations
- Ability to develop and execute national supply chain strategies
- Skilled in order management, sea freight coordination and cost optimization
- Experience in RFQ participation, value engineering and total pricing models
