About Us

We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee operational systems and processes, providing logistical and organisational support across our projects.

This dynamic role requires excellent attention to detail, proficiency in literacy and numeracy, and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support operational and administrative requirements, office logistics, and reconciliation plan implementation.
  • Recruit seasonal staff, schedule interviews, and prepare casual contracts.
  • Implement CRM (Salesforce) and manage stakeholder and collaborator databases.
  • Manage travel arrangements, team cultural activities, bookkeeping requirements, data entry, and general office administration.
  • Finalise and publish proposals, reports, and acquittals.
  • Onboard new staff members and perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager.

Essential skills include:

  • Previous experience in arts, creative industry, or related organisation.
  • Excellent copywriting and organisational skills.
  • Microsoft office expertise, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience in coordinating office operations.
  • Capacity to manage multiple deadlines and take initiative.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good humour.

Desirable skills/experience:

  • Experience managing a CRM (eg. Salesforce).
  • Interest in art, architecture, and design.

Selection Criteria:

  • Operational experience with demonstrated experience coordinating operational systems.
  • Relevant qualifications and training equivalent to an undergraduate degree.
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills, can-do attitude, and confidence working across multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate empathy, dynamism, and professionalism in internal and external relationships.
