Enterprise Partnership Specialist

The Enterprise Partnership Specialist is a mid-senior level position responsible for ensuring seamless integration of eero products with enterprise customers. This role requires strong partnership management skills, with a focus on developing strategic relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish standards for partner interactions, interpreting their needs and prioritizing eero workflows.
  • Gain deep knowledge of customers' visions, products, and objectives, anticipating and resolving pain points.
  • Own all facets of the partnership development process for large, complex strategic accounts.
  • Define and coordinate partners' program requirements, including project management of non-standard partner needs.
  • Steer eero's partner-related efforts to maximize positive impact for partners.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree or equivalent in business administration/management or related field, accompanied by 3 years of experience in account management or business development.
  • Tenured client-facing experience managing and accelerating revenue across multiple accounts in a business development or account management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of leading business reviews and large group meetings with external partners and internal teams.
  • Passionate about technology, with baseline knowledge of networking, software, and hardware.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience selling hardware, software, and telecom services.
  • Experience evaluating strategic partnership potential and agreement structuring.
  • Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suites.

Estimated Remuneration: $105,000 - $105,100 per annum
