Strategic Support Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting the strategic and operational needs of a legal services group. As a key member of the team, you will partner with other teams to provide seamless, integrated, and timely operational support.

  • You will assist in the management of the legal budget, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Coordinate contributions to strategic and business planning processes, including performance reporting across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a risk register and coordinate monthly risk meetings.
  • Support compliance activities, such as monitoring and updating processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in legal operations budgeting, financial reporting, resource planning, business planning, risk, or compliance is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills are required, with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate financial information accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are crucial, with the ability to build and maintain effective networks and relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power BI, and Visio, is desirable.
