Housekeeping Inspector Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and independent Housekeeping Inspector to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet departmental standards
  • Perform deep cleans of guest rooms as needed
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they are meeting departmental standards

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; two years of housekeeping experience in a similar hotel environment is preferred
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time is necessary
  • Strong communication and leadership skills are essential
