Job Overview

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling phone calls, and bookings from travel agents and direct customers. The ideal candidate will consult with customers on product offerings and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key resource for clients, ensuring they receive the services they require.
  • Handle phone calls, bookings, and queries from travel agents and direct customers.
  • Consult with customers on our product offerings and the benefits of traveling with us.
  • Plan pre and post-tour extensions to cater to individual needs.
  • Offer flight and accommodation upgrades to enhance the customer experience.
  • Complete post-sale administration tasks efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional service levels to all customers.
  • Perform special projects or other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, operations, quality control procedures, and/or reporting documentation requirements.
  • Possession of passion for customer service, consultative selling, and marketing to high-end travel customers.
  • Solution orientation; ability to identify and proactively solve problems before they arise.
  • Knowledge of or aptitude for retail sales principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse constituencies.
