Travel Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Travel Experience Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for our clients, coordinating complex domestic and international itineraries, managing group travel for events of all sizes, and collaborating with our event team to ensure every travel element supports the broader event experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage travel arrangements for corporate clients, including domestic and international itineraries
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best rates and services
  • Work closely with our event team to ensure that all travel elements support the overall event experience
  • Monitor and control expenses to achieve financial objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated travel management experience
  • Knowledge of domestic and international group fares and systems preferred
  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and suppliers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
