Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Romance Travel Specialist to join our expanding travel team. In this fully remote role, you will work closely with clients to design personalized romantic travel experiences—from honeymoons and anniversaries to vow renewals and couples' getaways. Responsibilities
  • Itinerary Design: Create customized romantic travel plans tailored to each couple's preferences, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and dining recommendations.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings or calls with clients to understand their romantic travel desires, expectations, and budgets.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with trusted travel vendors and tour operators to secure the best options and pricing suited for romantic experiences.
  • Booking Management: Oversee all bookings and confirmations, ensuring a smooth and accurate planning process.
  • Customer Support: Provide dedicated support throughout the planning process and during travel, handling any changes or emergencies with professionalism.
  • Travel Research: Stay updated on travel trends, destination highlights, and seasonal specials related to romantic travel.
  • Post-Trip Engagement: Follow up with clients after their trips to gather feedback and encourage future bookings and referrals.
Qualifications
  • Experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using online booking tools and conducting virtual consultations.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
