About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Anglesea Barracks, Hobart. As a key member of our Hospitality and Catering team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support our operations by delivering high-quality food services.

Key Responsibilities
  • To consistently deliver a friendly, helpful, and professional service to all customers.
  • Clean, sanitise and maintain equipment, furniture and premises, ensuring all required repairs and maintenance are reported.
  • Process meals in the meal pass system, handle cash, and bank it in line with Company and Client protocols, and report any suspicious behaviour.
  • Assist with basic food preparation as requested by the Head Chef.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Hospitality and Customer Service.
  • Must have current TAS Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Hold a Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
  • Customer Service experience and working in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000, based on industry standards and regional conditions.
