About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of professionals in early childhood intervention. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering support services to families and children with developmental delays or disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support options to each child and family using evidence-informed best practice principles.
- Use assessments, observations, and understanding of child development to inform your work.
- Empower families, caregivers, and professionals through coaching and training.
- Connect children and families with their community to ensure inclusion and participation.
- Maintain thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals.
Requirements:
- A qualification in Early Childhood.
- Expert knowledge in child development and ability to identify developmental issues.
- Proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles.
