Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in aged or community care or a passion to begin your career in this field if you're studying or have recently become qualified
  • An adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful individual who can live out the values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness in their daily work
