We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Metropol Poolside Bar & Grill team.The Supervisor is responsible of managing the operations of Poolside Bar & Grill on a shift-by-shift basis in the absences of the Manager.
The role also monitors and evaluates customer service levels and acts as an escalation point for frontline bar staff.The role is required to assist the Manager in team participation, leadership, innovation, financial evaluation and business development, while ensuring optimum quality service to customers at all times.
In this role, you'll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests.
As well as:The position plans, organises, schedules and allocates the tasks and activities of the teamAssist to achieve the successful implementation, development and maintenance of all operational procedures, standards and goalsProviding operational support Assisting with financial evaluationDemonstrating leadership to team membersAbout you You'll bring the following:Previous experience working within a Supervisory positionA passion for hospitality and customer serviceEnsuring quality of service and customer service are always at a high standardAssisting with the training and development of staffProviding support when needed to front-line staffAssisting with the scheduling and rostering of employeesAdditional InformationTo be successful, you'll:Hold or willing to obtain a current RSA certificateApproved Managers CardThis role requires you to: Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shiftsHave previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environmentShow a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinksWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
